Job Description:
- Perform pre call Analysis
- Experience in Calling the Insurance and seeking the Medical and Insurance Claims status
- Post Call Analysis – For the obtained claim status required action to be taken by following the client protocol.
- Knowledge in Denial Management to handle Denials, Rejections & AR Follow Up
- Should have good knowledge in Modifiers, CPT & ICD
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
