Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our company’s presence across various platforms. This role involves designing engaging posters, creating videos, collaborating with internal teams for content input, and closely monitoring all social media channels for interactions, messages, and trends
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching posters and creatives for social media campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Conceptualize, script, and create short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to promote the brand and services.
- Manage daily postings across all active social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Proactively monitor messages, comments, tags, and mentions; respond or escalate where necessary to ensure prompt engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, sales, design, and leadership) to gather content and align posts with company goals.
- Track performance of posts and campaigns and suggest improvements using analytics.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices relevant to our industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with paid social campaigns.
- Knowledge of content scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- A portfolio of social media creatives and videos previously developed
